What's Included:

-Venue rental includes availability of property for use during times shown above the day of event with a 4 hour event time. 

-Bridal suite located in The Farmhouse that will be available to the bride and her tribe.

-Grooms lounge- our vintage copper camper will be set with a lounge outside and a bar inside with space for the guys to get ready. 

-One hour rehearsal time for wedding party only

-Use of outdoor modern farm tables (13 8-foot long tables)

-Seating for ceremony and reception for up to 130 & set up

-Outdoor commercial grade string lighting in reception area

-Use of the fire pit area

-Outdoor L-shaped rustic bar

-Tabletop rentals- mismatched dinner plates, mismatched dessert plates, mismatched stemware/goblets, and flatware for up to 130

-Choice of ceremony backdrop (we have a few backdrops available, ask us what we have on site) &  set up 

-Venue manager (not wedding coordinator)

Hire us to assist in the days management of your timeline.

You've done all the hard work of planning your wedding and now let us make sure the day goes 

as planned. We will be there to coordinate your vendors, send you down the aisle,

and work with your dj on your reception timeline.

Focus on hanging out with your family and friends and let us deal with the behind the scenes stuff!


A La Carte Vintage Rentals

If you only need a few decor items and already have someone styling your event, visit our

vintage rental department and pick out what you need. We will have it

all ready for your stylist to set up at the venue.

The Studio Space

Our bridal suite is the perfect indoor space for any type of photo session. The wall of vintage mirrors and frames is the perfect backdrop.

$125 hr/ 2 hour minimum 

(includes the use of any vintage rentals already located in the bridal suite)

Collaborations & Styled Shoots


We are honored to be invited in participating in your styled shoot. Our farmhouse venue is a perfect blank space for any style of event or wedding. If you are a vendor in the event and wedding industry and would like to have our venue host your next styled shoot, contact us and send us some information. Include your business name, type of shoot or project, theme of shoot, vendors/partners that are participating, benefits offered to The Farmhouse (social media exposure, marketing, published work, etc.), and preferred date of your shoot. 

Here are a few things you need to know when contacting us: First, we only host 6 styled shoots a year. Second, our vintage rentals are not included unless discussed before hand (see our service information with Grassroots Vintage Events). Third, our farm animal are not part of any styled shoot unless approved ahead of time (this includes our alpacas). Fourth, once we accept your request we will send you our venue rental agreement to fill out and sign for damage purposes only.
